By completing your enrollment or “purchase” on the Academy for Change Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing our educational materials.

1. Zero-Cost Access & European Union Funding

All courses, modules, and training tracks provided on this platform are completely free of charge to eligible participants. Access is 100% subsidized because these initiatives are fully or partially funded by European Union public funds (including relevant regional, national, or transnational structural funds managed via Associazione Framework).

Because these resources are powered by public funding, you agree to:

  • Complete the courses in good faith.

  • Provide accurate reporting, profile metadata, or feedback surveys if requested by the European funding authorities for auditing purposes.

2. Mandatory European Funds Disclaimer

In accordance with European Union transparency and publicity regulations, all users must note the following standard disclaimer regarding the platform’s educational assets:

  • Non-Commercial Utilization: Because these courses are publicly funded for widespread social impact, all course materials, downloads, and toolkits are intended strictly for your personal, educational, or non-commercial community project use.

  • Prohibition of Resale: You are strictly prohibited from selling, white-labeling, or commercially exploiting any course curriculum, video content, or certifications obtained through the Hub.

4. Course Completion & Certification

Where applicable, digital certificates of completion are issued automatically upon meeting the course passing criteria. These certificates are validated under the framework of the funded project and cannot be traded, falsified, or used outside of their intended educational scope.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality structural training, the platform is provided on an “as-is” basis. Associazione Framework does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, project funding, or academic credits outside of the explicitly stated parameters of each individual course module.
